0-60ft times before a 1991 crx si with b16a swap completely stock?

i went to the track and i have dropped my time from 15.4 to a 15.21 and i havent changed anything so i know that im improving my driver ability but im kind of disgusted with my 0-60ft times,

right now they went from
2.500
to
2.380

im blaming it on the tires since they are like 30$ cheapy tires that the previous owners put on the car.

 

with crap street tires...its hard to do better than 2.3xx

with good street tires 2.2xx and 2.1xx are possible
