For a car runing slick tires, is it recommended?

 

Front straps???? Never heard of them.. Usally when you say that its the straps that hold the car on to a tow dolly when trailering it..

 

search in here, this was covered only a week or two ago, FWIW the straps are limiting straps, for stopping weight transfer.

I'm also looking into "flat panning" the rear of the car for better aero........

 

yeah, Ive thought about it too.. but I fear the weight involved...
I think that it will add up very quickly...
The only way to offset this is to cut the spare well out. But I am not at a point where I am comfortable with making that drastic of a modification to the unibody. but thats me...
