Default Welded Diff drivability

I have a tranny with a welded diff and I'm thinking about driving it to the track. I'm thinking if I take it slow and don't going around turns hard I should be ok.

Anyone ever drive a car with a welded diff or spool before?

I know several people that drive around with welded diffs with no problems. Seems to me like it would be hell on axles around turns but besides that no problem.

Yikes. I wouldn't recommend it. I drove a car with a spool in it on the street and it was hell around turns.

If it's one trip to the track, you can get away with it. If it's for daily driving, forget it.

just drive it, you may break axles. but its not difficult. only harder to drive in low speed/parking lot areas. when ur up to speed, turns fine, even with manual steering
