Default using slicks without an lsd

just wondering how much benefit there is using slicks with out and lsd

cause the plan is that once my turbo conversion is finished (hoping for 300bhp) im gona take it to the strip and run it with street tyres and my 172 wheels and then 15" wheels and slicks
and then the plan is to get my times down as much as possible with the same power by adding traction bars ,lsd lighter flwheel etc etc

No tracion bar and open diff on M&H 24.5x8x15's I cut high 1.6 60ft's. So yes you can make it work

I cut low 1.7's with 22's on a open diff totally stock suspension from the day it rolled off the line in a 90 integra. So yes they work pretty good with an open diff.
