Default types of shifting

what kind of shifting technique do you guys use to run your best time? explain what is done ie: power shifting, speed shifting etc thanks! i have ajdm s1 cable tranny, and it miss 3rd gear alot when i try to powershift. at first i thought there was a problem with the tranny, but the problem could possible be me.

I lift enough to come close to matching rev's and somewhat save the tranny.

i flat shifted once (gas to floor, clutch in, clutch out) with the new setup, and grenaded an inner against joe at atco. before, i was out gas, in clutch, out clutch, in gas. kinda slow, netted a 10.96. then just did the same only faster and dropped another 2 tenths. full throttle shifts are great if you have the axles for it. obviously i didnt with the "green ones" dss stage 5's coming.

i lift. i used to flat **** when i wasnt making any power and it was a daily driver.....i dont think my trans could take it now though
