This is a copied version of Integrated Engineering's piece that has been available for 2 years in the VW/Audi and Lambo world.

I have seen both in surge tanks in person. Xenocron piece already has Anodizing for e-85 and a cheaper price.

There is soo many different fueling options out there its unreal and can make your head hurt trying to decide. Some are over engineered and some are simple. Its best to let your budget decide more than anything. People have had no issues with running a stock sumped tank as long as you keep a decent amount of fuel in there. If that means you have to keep an extra gallon or two of fuel in your tank, thats roughly 10 lbs of fuel. Who cares.

Dont let your fuel tank run low on a sumped setup and your good. Be smart about it.

The surge tank options are nice but can get costly and thats 3 pumps your cars electrical system has to keep up with now and 3 pumps you have to buy unless you already have an upgraded Walbro 255 in tank or something similar. But it can get pretty expensive with still having to upgrade your feed and return line from the tank to the surge tank or at least the return line back to the tank maybe not soo much the feed.

Im keeping it simple, running a sumped tank and a single Weldon 1100-A pump. Can support 1100 whp on Gas which is more than im looking to make so yeah. Running a -10 feed and -8 return. Pretty simple and cost effective.

In one of our cars we use a 340 intank and a 044 inline with stock line id1000s 80psi base and we are right around 650hp with a little room to breath maybe enough for700 with e85. Its simple cheap and effective. Car went 10.3x@145mph deffinatly enough power for a high 9.

My last fuel setup was pretty simple, walbro 255 intank, 044 inline, -8 to the front and stock feed line as the return line, ID1000's, 60psi base pressure, made 480whp at 18psi, Didnt get to go any higher on the dyno due to ignition issues and what was later to be a regulator issues with the wrong model weldon regulator that was sent to me instead of the 0-200 regulator that i ordered.

I got my new updated twinfire back and was back at it and went up to 35psi of boost on the t67 h.o., My injector duty cycle was nearing 95% on C16 race gas. This may have been due to the regulator issue but who knows. All i know is it ran really really hard, on street tires i could break them loose and pound the limiter in 5th to 160+mph On slicks on the street i would just break them loose hitting the limiter in 4th. Id have to say i was probably in the 650-675whp range judging by the amount of power per psi i was gaining on the dyno, injector duty, and so on.

On the track i had some issues bogging then spinning the slicks all the way down and bogging each gear inbetween because i would shift too early and it still went right at 140 in the 1/4 and picked up 40mph on the backhalf one pass. Didnt get a chance to dial it in as the regulator problem finally reared its ugly head and caused issues during a pass where it went dead lean.

Plumb the Walbro In-Tank Pump into this guy.

The FST already has the Bosch 044s setup in parallel.
