ive had a set for months now and havent bothered to put them on the car. headed to the track tomorrow and decided to see if they help me get into the 10's car ran 11.01@129 so fat with no traction bars on stock suspension with egay coils.

questions are
how tight do you need to tighten them?
also do i wanna pull the wheels towards the front of the car or push them away from the front of the car?

 

When i did mine I had a buddy (about the same weight) sit in the drive seat I went till snug and gave it one full turn. Pulling it about 1/8th" toward the front of the car.

 

come to track on sunday, full day track rental with plenty of time to test
we are going out to try and dial in the green car for KC IFO

 

when i set mine up, i aligned the car with me in it, and got as much positive caster as i could and still keep them even.

 

dang man you should just come tonight for mayhem. i doubt i can make it twice in a weekend. il be beat after working all day today then going all night and working all day tomorrow.
anything new with the green car since that last time i saw it run?

 

no mayhem for us, we need to stay on slicks. we finally got the boost by gear somewhat setup, so now we are going to go tune it and hopefully get some good numbers out of it. put fresh axles, finally got the Spec clutch working. time to turn it up and see what happens.
