Which traction bar to choose
I have tried to research for a traction bar for my del sol can't find anything hardly at all that is guaranteed to fit. I'd like a full race but idk that they make for for the del dol. I am open to other brands but definitely want one. Anyone have opinions on one over another? Gonna be about 450-500whp.
Tried suspension forum said maybe try here.

Take a measurement of the inside of your frame rails, then go measure an EG's... if they're the same, chances are the rest of the stuff will fit.
If not, build your own. It isn't too complex and is relatively cheap compared to buying one as long as you've got access to a welder and basic fabricating supplies.

Is full race better than nrg and blox? I don't have access to an eg.... Nor do I have access to correctly fab one up no matter the cost. I know geometry is key with them.
eg civic and dc integra traction bars are the same. I have a lakewood bar on mine. I've had it forever and it works well. I would go with full-race or something similar.

I didn't know if someone had the better deal on one and I have. I've spent hours researching to find traction bars for the my sol to make sure I get the right one. Idk why people feel the need to say stuff like why don't you google it. Weren't forums made so people could come here to get help from someone that may know the information off the top of their head? I never asked a link. I would have been happy with a reply of $250-$300. Then I'd go search for the best deal after I knew I could afford it. But thank you for being rude about.
wow this went nowhere fast, lol just look at how theyre made, better quality typically means a little more money... but you can fab one up (well you cant but you could find a local shop that could) and then use hollow tubing and fill it full of lead for added weight over the font end... just sayin...
search, you'll get a lot more help out of google than you what you will get/have gotten here so far... just sayin, the info's out there...

OP: on a delsol, you will want to use our off-the-shelf EG/EK/DC traction bars, just decide whether you will use the additional motor mount brace or not (no a/c)
Traction bars are the first product I ever worked on for this industry, 14 years ago. Its what put Full-Race on the map - We dont skimp on materials or fabrication quality, and the design is PROVEN. To this day we have numerous drag racers running our older off-the-shelf traction bars with great results. We even had one customer fall asleep at the wheel, and hit a telephone pole.

he said the traction bar saved his life (not what the bar is designed for obviously, but cool to see it held up to the impact)

We use Full-Race traction bars on our race cars and recommend them to all our customers. Throughout the years we've seen many different brands of traction bars come through our shop and Full-Race is the best one in the market. Not a sales pitch here, just the truth!
