torque specs

can anyone tell me the torque specs on a gsr motor with ctr pistons and a decked head?...i heard i should do 20 ,40,60,70,then 75lbs. is that right?

I torqued head studs in 3 stages 25, 50, then 72 lb/ft. Use a cross inside out pattern and you'll be fine
