I have seen Cars like CRX's with the brackets with holes in the that are on that back bumper , What are they used for and who makes them?

to let the air pass thru and not slow you down when it get's caught behind the bumper.

wouldnt taking off the rear bumper have the same effect. save you some money also

 

You can also just drill holes in the bumper.

The site says they discontinued that CF diffuser...so jump on it quick if you want one.

There is also the STR one if you like the metal look (www.strpower.com)

4-6" hole saw's work well too

I think the Golden eagle ones are pretty cheap, we have like 3 of them down at the shop right now.

 

How do you mount them?

 

Used a hole saw on mine, just measure it out good and cut straight. I like the STR look they are just a little too bling for me

You cut out enough to clear the holes, and it comes with hardware that screws in, at least with the golden eagle one, that's the case.

 

diffusers serve about as much of a purpose on a street car as dogs that wear little knit sweaters, "shakes head at jmorin" what are you doing josh?
