Suspension Setup

Running the TEIN coilovers which are 16 way adjustable.
What setting is the best for the front and rear.
STIFF in the Front, Rear, or ALL

i have tein has too....

i jus put the rears to the stiffest setting and the fronts to like 8 clicks...
