Stock axle Problems!!!!!! Please Help
Why don't you step up and buy some Mark Williams axles?I think you know it costs some big bucks but damn if you want to win and be consistant thats what its going to take.
You're probably not pre loading right on the line. Hold your ebrake up and let the clutch out until it starts to grab. Then lock the ebrake and let the clutch out more...just don't redlight!

If the axle is popping out then that means the ebrake is up too hard. Try using the foot brake instead of the e brake, it'll hold the front brakes and help keep the axle from popping out.

It's a brake that's there for emergency situations, it's usually on a handle in the middle of the car. It's not hydraulic, so if the hydraulic brake system goes out, the "e brake" can still be used to stop the car. Does that make sense?

What does your roll cage look like? Depending on the way your D-Bars are run, it can put extra stress on the axles. Or it could be your engine management. Have you tried an AEM EMS???
you can also JB weld the axles to the intermediate and to the outer hubs.....helps reduce axle pop outs..
its probably because you arent double clutching when you should!
