Background: 500whp 4th gen prelude - FI

Currently I am running regular ground control springs and tokico illumina 5 way adj struts. My question is, what spring rates would you recommend running when at the track? I was thinking of 800lb rear springs, but I heard these may do some damage to my struts. I will also be running 26" MT's up front.

Any suggestions for rear/front spring rates? Preludes have traction bars stock so I have that covered, I will be upgrading the radius rod bushings in the very near future as well.
