Default slow EVO

Something is not right here. The car belongs to my brother and I've tried searching for some answers at EvolutionM.net, but found nothing out other than most members there are retarded. Id like to do a compression/leakdown test, and Dyno it with a wideband reading but its not my car.

Evolution8-
K&N Intake
Greddy ProfecB @ quick spike to 22 then levels to just around 21
Re-flashed ECU
TurboXS 3" cat-back
Forge BOV

R/T - .344
60' - 1.837
330' - 5.579
1/8 - 8.680
1/8mph - 80.33
1000' - 11.362
1/4 - 13.602
1/4mph - 100.56

TIA

who did the reflash and was it one of those mail in reflashes?? probably hurt the motor... or a boost leak... check the clamps if they are all still stok i believe one that is near the blow off valve always needs to be checked they become loose easily or something like that... and yeahh check the compression..

yepp he does a good job. and he run's 11.2's.. well if he's not shifting slow i'd say that he's got a hurt motor... considering that the car was probably dynoed at a number close to 300 if not over. so do the compresion test. and check for boost leaks.

I believe the Evos are tuned to have a recirculating BOV and they lose power if you have a BOV that vent into the atmosphere rather than recirculate. That might be a problem, unless the ECU reflash fixes this issue.
