Icon5 Since everyone else is getting a bailout!!!

Maybe it is time for the Sport Compact market to get a bailout from the government also. It seems to be the new thing.

What amount would it take to bail us out? I think a billion would be a good start lol.

What would we do if we had a bailout plan from the government?

We have 3 series that way no one have to travel far. We'll have in the east one in the west and one in the middle. That would make most of the racers happy

I think that would be a good idea.

Have each racer toss in $1000~ dollars and that should be enough for payouts and at the end of the year have a Shootout event to bring together all 3-series and race for the big pot. And if any vendors wanna step in and put up money for different class winners that'd be fine to.

The bailout is such a joke, for the money they have given to the banks they could have given everyone in the US over a million bucks each. I think that makes more since than giving more money to people that deserve to go bankrupt.

The problem with the bail outs is that they put us in a 6 in one hand and half a dozen in the other.

If we bail em out, it cost the tax payers money.

If we dont bail em out, it still cost us money in unemployment and other other things!!!

Lesser of 2 evils in my opnion I rather it cost some but the bastards still have to work for it rather than sitting at home and collecting unemployment!!!

And yeah I think O&J's idea is good. 3 divisional series with a once a year world series in the middle!!! Get some magazine & t.v. coverage and that would get sponsors interested again!!!

that would approx 200 trillion dollars if you estimate out of the 300+ million we have that 200,000,000 would be over 18.

Come on now.

What they should do is pay everyone's mortgage off. More money to buy stuff for cars and houses.

In my eyes then unless you have a 1300 dollar rent payment for your apartment, you shouldnt be complaining. hahaha

Do you know what i would give to not have to write out that $1600 dollar mortgage payment out every month?
Do that for a few years and then come talk to me about whats fair haha

i think all tax payers should get that money and they all have to spend it within two years.

This way everyone could pay off their homes and get new cars, etc. This way banks get the money anyway and gm/ford/etc get cash flow as well. This will keep our money flowing and everyone would be happy since were going to have to pay for it anyway we might as well spend it ourselves instead of corrupt gov'n spending our money..

alright here's what i found out and did some math as well. first off bailing out company's who poorly managed them self's is complete bull. if you miss manage your company in the really world you have to file bankruptsy. i think that if the goverment wants to fix the economy they need to start form the ground up giving this money to the citizens who are in need of help (we all can see how well their trickle down effect is working ) and if us citizens get it we will spend it fixing, most problems we are facing people not paying their bills and such. alright too the math i found that the US population is 305,186,613 . 12.7 % is 65 and up retirement age. 24.6 % is 18 and down, not technically and adult with real responsibilities. so the working age amount is 191,352,006.2 i also fractured in a 10% reduction in the working age for people making over $500,000.00 a year. because this bad economy isn't really effecting them or at least they should have sufficient savings to ride it out. making the working age amount to 172,216,805.2 . now i did not fracture in the amount of American who are currently in jail, this would also lower the amount of Americans who are working age and need help but will just go with what i got. alright so the bailout amount as of now is up to $900,000,000,000 so this divided by 172,216,805.2 gives us $5,225.97 per person it is also projected that the bailout amounts could total up to almost 4,000,000,000,000 after all this is over, that would give $23,226.53 per person now i feel this amount would go up significantly if i figured out the amount of citizens in jail or with a felony. now i know giving this money to some would be a total waste but at least the money would be spent spurring the economy instead of wasting it in these bad companies who's manager ran their companies in to the ground and now want a hand out for bad business. this is the taxpayers money shouldn't we decide how its spent. not government officials who have lobbiest hands in their pockets this is just my two cents. lets hear it
