imo if something was going to happen it should have happend a long time ago.... there are a ton of people on ht that are located near this expletive and know what happend.

a quik update on my situation with ron stahr i'm the guy who lost 17,500 went to court won my case as usual he didn't show he petitioned the court for a new court date saying that he wasn't served in time and that i had threatened his life and also his witness the court granted him a new date so here i go back to court to proof my case again . i never threatend him or his witness this guy even coned the courts now i'm the bad guy and he's the victim just like i said before. i hope he shows up this time. my court date is aug,9 i'll let you guys know what happens i know one things for sure i'll never see my money again i'll tell you what i'm going to keep chasing the this guy till i'm dead or he's doing some serious time for fraud

This is what i found from TIM McAmis Race Cars

This is a note to all vendors and consumers to be on the look out for checks from Ron Stahr Chassis. Tim McAmis Race Cars, Inc. received 2 NSF check for COD orders sent to Ron Stahr Chassis in Salinas, CA back in September and October 2006. We have made repeated attempts to get this resolved and all we got was BS. I my opinion this is no different than stealing and should be treated as such. I will also post this in the scammer section.
