yea d00d, i rean the same with my identical hatch right when i built it, but on stock vx wheels at 103, but 13.7xx same color too!
now im at a 13.5 with a little more weight reduction (search for sissy) and an XS engineering ecu.
i am running modified lude intake and sears brand tires on 15x7s.
good luck.
best new thing to do would be flywheel. it is meant for a car with 3000 lbs, so too much energy is being dumped into the wheels on launch and you (we) have to launch too low and wait for vtec if we dont want to smoke them. lighter flywheel is less energy stored at same rpm, so easier traction launching high.
its physically harder to launch, bogs more easily, but when you get it, that should knock off another .2 - .3.
drag radials are another .2, and the ecu got me .2, so 700 bucks gets you in the 12s.
good luck
(do you have an lad with that 60', i got a 2.0 without one) (for compairson)

i ran a 13.8@100 with just a chipped p28 and 21/2 in. exhaust in a 93 Si hatch full interior w/ spare tire an all. completely stock motor with prelude intake arm modified on my stock airbox. now the motor isn't stock and i haven't ran it yet.

If you still want to run "street" tires, Dunlop 8000's are perfect for you. When I was running my H23 prelude (2700lbs) I was running 1.9 and 2.0 60ft times running 14.5 @ 95-96. The hook VERY well.

Have you advanced your timing any? Id say advance it all the way (not on 93oct) if you havent already done so, that will help out a lot. Id run a 110 (or 100 if it doesnt have knock at 100).

Good luck
