Default preloading suspension with traction bars

I was told when installing my traction bar to preload my suspension. How bad will if affect my suspension if I drive my car daily because I'm guessing it affects my caster?

It will probably knock the toe settings off slightly. An alignment wouldn't be a bad idea.

i am a hypocrit on this, but yeah you need an alignment, because toe is affected, but you need to set caster properly with them.
