Default preloading suspension

hey guys im new to fwd cars..i used to have an awd talon but now have a 92 civic si..i need some pointers on preloading my suspension for a smoother less axle breaking launch..heres what I got as far as suspension..any help?
*tein super street coilovers
*skunk 2 front camber kit
*omni power rear lower control arms
*jic magic lower tie bar

I was told that preloading the suspension helps take the blow off the initial launch..is this true as well? I will also be running slicks

it is more for the driveline having everything lined up. clutch slipping a little, and having all the gears lined up in the tranny.
