Default polydyn coating meth or reality???

I have a gang load of my stuff coated in this polymer. But the point that sold me the most on it is, the abbility to stay together. They showed me valves dropping into piston domes that kind of did a terminator 2 deal and dimpled in and created a sort of net for the valve and the piston didnt breack up . he said most of the treating they provide is more of a barrier protection. My question and use there stuff and how has it worked for you? thanks-pete

we use it, back in august our timing was off and it locked the motor, blew everything up, the only thing that survived was the 4 pistons, they weren't even scratched.

What does the finished coat look like? How much temp can it take? I want a super high temp coating (like Hipercoat Extreme or White Lightning), except without the ugly finish. A nice chrome-like finish would be perfect

I have used there coatings on bearings before.
They are in Houston, I have been to there facility, not a very impressive looking shop, you would never know what goes on there the front office is a old kitchen in the house that is conected to a large metal building, then you start to walk around and see so many boxes of pistons etc.. from Roush, Petty, Sabco-really neat
