I was talking to Bob at Rados party awhile back and he was telling me that it was getting a scion shell for 05 season, At first i doubted the appearance but man that thing looks pretty cool

Does anyone have any word if the body has started being manufactured?
Also NORAD was having some valvetrain problems, Have those been corrected?

The Scion goes to the body shop tomorrow to get molds made. We weren't having valvetrain problems really (shims popped out a couple times, but they're gone now), they were cylinder head problems, and they're all worked out now. Chris's car is at out shop right now getting finished up.

From what I have gathered they have parted ways.

There will be alot of the new Scions out this next season 2005. a few in the HOT ROD class too.

they had to switch bodies, because the rules got changed and they were not allowed to have huge fender flares. at least thast what i read in turbo.

they changed for marketing purposes, since the celica is now defunct. eventually all the teams running the celica body will switch over to the tc body.

Not exactly. SBR is going to run Solara bodies.
