Well After three tries I think I got it running right.

First try I lost one cylinder and had to rehone the block

Second try head was decked poorly and never seated

Well the third try is being driven right now. I have been street tuning it for the last two days and I think im ready for the dyno. Hopefully I will be able to run it at e-towns import survival series this weekend. I am second guessing the size of the turbo, but I'll have to see when I give it a full throttle run.
