1200?? I know Dennis Taylor of Taylor motorsports, and he has already done one for Kubo and Brokenboltz, I mean Bergenholtz. He told me that he needs a complete honda motor with everything from exhaust to intake on it, basically take the motor out of your car and take it to him for like 5 days. He told me that they are trying to keep the cost down around 500 bucks for the diaper. http://www.taylormotorsports.com/StoreFront.bok Give them a call and find out..

because they have been around for years for a top fueler and they are all basically the same. Taylor hand makes them and until they are more common, they will cost a little more. I still don't think that it is too bad.

The RCI diaper in the Summit catalog was designed for V8's. (NOT top fuel, BTW.) A couple of teams have purchased this unit, measured it for modification and then taken it to a local upholstery shop to have it altered to fit their particular application.

Some other teams are trying a "drip pan" style of restraint, that will be lined with absorbent material and secured under the engine.

Sounds good. anything that works to get you to the track. i was just worried that i wouldn't be able to run the race series without the engine containment. we were going to make our own but i like the quality and the easy fit of Tayleor products. its always hard to squeeze a little more money on a already little budget, but what can you do, its racing.
