Hi , I am trying to wire a manual switch for Datalog on Hondata S300, but it is not working
I connected the switch to AC signal and after to brake switch and I earthed the switch, but still Datalog is not working

Any help please?

i went and bought a switch from the parts store and wired it into one of the pinouts and grounded the other side and it works just fine.

 

I did the same,but it just don't work.
I bought a 2 wire switch

 

did u switch the parameters in the s300 program?

 

mine just runs from ac pin to switch and then switch to ground....works like a champ, the auto parameters never gave me anything but 4th gear..

 

I was wired to a/c but it didnt work. I wired to the pin-out and its good to go.

 

lol yeah gotta be strait into the pin on the ecu.

 

Yea I slapped myself when I found out lol.

 

Yes I switch from the parameters in the ecu.

When you turn the manual switch on, there is some kind of delay or should start datalogging
