I would start at around 10-11psi and work your way down. depending on what axles your on. I run stock axles and the same slicks as you, I launch at 7 grand at 10psi in the slicks. I pulled consistent 1.7 60's spinning alittle bit. I haven't snapped an axle yet.

it also depends on how much power ur car makes , my buddie run's the same size on his turbo Ls hatch.. he's making 293 at the wheels and he runs around 7-8psi and still has trouble with traction i've seen people run 5-6 psi on there slick you're really gonna have to test out what will works best for your setup .. start higher than work your way down

What is the setup? Is it just the Civic Si like in your name or what? Give us more info and we can give you more info. But you just need to get experience on your own to really learn.

On my buddies 92 hatch and GSR motor we had the pressure at 12 on our local 1/8 mile and bogged a little bit while launching at 7000. We needed to take it up to probably 15-16 psi, but never got a chance.

I ran mine @ 10.5psi.(cold) and launched @ 5500 cutting 1.8 60's w/ an LS in an 89' SI hatch.

also, do nice burnouts, m&h's seem to love burnouts, and from what ive seen, after a burn out the psi goes up like 1-1.5psi

I run the same size slicks and before the burnout I run it on 8psi. After the burnout it will be at 10psi. I Do second gear burnouts. It depends on how much power your car is making..
2nd gear burnout
