Default LS head Bench flow chart

I just got a ported ls head that came with a super flow flow chart but i don't know how to read it. it says a stock ls head flow 145 at .50 lift@valve and after the port job the head flows 177 at .50 lift. and this was at 12" cfm of h2o 70 deg temp. so is this a good head?and what does this mean?what time should i expect from this head on a stock LS bottom with the basic bolt ons ( h,i,e) in a 92 civic hb?

If you already run mid 12's expect to knock off a couple tenths if your motor can utilize the added flow.

probably because it was flowed/tested a different way,I bet that B16 head was flowed with 28" where as his LS was at 12" and it was also on a wet bench.

Anyone know the difference between B18B, B18C1 and B18C5 flows? I'm pretty curious how my B18B head flows compared to the VTEC heads.

I think Earl at one time went over most of the Honda heads but i am not positive it was him. If i remember correctly the B16a flowed about 265 or so stock. The only ones higher was the itr and the Celica heads. I know there are some European heads (specifically Audi 5V) that flow even more but the test was limited to more popular makes.
