LS/b20 Vtec

Hey guys im planning on building my next motor, and i was wondering what head to go with, i wanna go ls-v or b20-v, should i run a b16/type r head or a gsr head?

IF YOU PLAN ON WORKING THE HEAD AT ALL, GO WITH THE PR3 OR P72. YOU WILL HAVE HIGHER COMPRESSION USING THE P72.

IF YOU DONT PLAN ON WORKING WITH IT, JUST BUY THE P73

yea i got a type r head right now, i just don't know if i want to run it or sell it

How far are you going to go with the motor? (Build the FRANK and boltons or Have the whole engine built?)
And Which direction? NA, Supercharger, Turbocharger?
