B&M makes them - we used to have one on our car...
...i may still have it if you are interested in purchasing...
thanks Tunerzine.com for the picture, this is a shot of it in the car...

I made my own when I was using nitrous. Drilled the top and the side put the button it the top and ran the wires out the side. Worked well.
i have a type R shift **** here im not using. i did the same thing ricky mentioned above about drilling it to accept the button.
I use a shift **** from a Dodge Colt Vista with 4wd. I guess it was shift on the fly 4wd. It has a big button right on the top, and it threaded right on to my B&M shifter. I use it to switch between boost stages (low & high). I got it for $5 + shipping on ebay.

lol. ok the thing is i love the shifter but i could not get the dam thing in 2nd gear at all. the motor was not moving and the trans looked great. i think it was just the way it was set up. i tried everything to get this to work. i take it out and tony comes out with the kit lol. now that its just a bolt in kit a lot more people are going to use it cause its easy to set up. i just dont feel like spending the money on the kit right now. ill put it in over winter.
rick i was going to do that but i cant find my old shift **** lol. i got to fix some tranny threads
