Anyone know where to get the spring LMA's.

You are looking for new LMA's?
the newer Cylinder heads have better ones (92 and up p30 p72)

The spring style LMAs are from K series motors or newer H22s. Any dealership or knowledgeable shop can get them for you

BOTI Woodburn. Took it out a couple weekends ago, had ignitor issues up top, fixed that and killed 4th gear synchros. It did pick up 5.5mph in the 1/8th before the ignitor crapped out in mid 4th gear

Honda switched the B series over to spring type LMA's not too long ago, they just aren't as cheap as the H and K ones so if you go order new ones you should get that style.
