I put this list together by checking the sanctioning bodies websites. It is the 10 fastest import cars in drag racing by et. No domestics, no trucks. Does anyone know if there are any inaccuracies or ommisions? Also, could you tell me the years of the cars where they are blank? Thank You.

Ara Arslanian didn't have a honda. he had like a 2003 toyota solara

Ara Arslanian never drove a Honda. He drove a Toyota Solara, and he went 6.64 last year.

Gary White went 6.58 this past weekend.

Carlos Montano has been 7.30 flat before.

If we're counting cars that are destroyed, then John Lingenfelter was the first 4 cylinder door slammer to run 6.99 (in a Cavalier).

 

Since the sanctioning bodies don't count times in testing as records neither am I. Thanks for all the input so far.

those times mentioned aren't in testing.

Who posted any testing times? The times I posted were times run in actual competitions:

Ara Arslanian: 6.53@213 at Norwalk, Ohio NOPI event last year. (I messed up on that one)
John Lingenfelter went 6.993@197.67 at 2002 NHRA Sport Compact World Finals
Manny Cruz went 7.00 some time ago. I can easily look that up.

Wan't Lingenfelter's car a domestic? I thought it was a Cougar. Sorry it was a Cavalier. If you read the first post I said the list did not include domestics or trucks.

I think it is going to stay with what has been done in competition at an event from one of the masjor american sanctioning bodies. What are these times from?
