i gave you a straight answer i told u to call me last tursday when i got the straps in and you never called back so i assume you didnt want them i have your four sets sitting here next to me thanks for the nice post on my thread

 

would you like some other pics of the straps installed? My set is officially installed, so i can post some 'independent' pics. haven't gotten to the track yet, my damn watertube decided to let out all my coolant sunday, but should be good to go soon to see if i can improve my 60fts.

 

Any adverse effects to running these on the street?

I getting ready to install my, not sure where to drill the hole at.

 

while they said use the little hole as a base where the wiring harness runs on the passenger side, i found that to be about 1-2inches too low, as my default setting at the moment is that the clevis is right in the middle of its adjustment, so i can tighten it alot and loosen alot when i get to the track soon.

I'll get pictures up this weekend most likely, currently out of town for 'real' job so little time to **** with car.

 

how would the drivability on a street car be? i konw you would prolly have to take the straps off, but will the modified shock fork handle daily driving?

I know he said he runs the traps on the street, i find that with removing the straps, the car is a little more streetable in the corners as I tend to soften the rear struts during roadtime duties.

but with the straps off, the car is just like it was before having em.

 

they are street able but like he says if you rtemove them there will be more travel to the front suspension for a softer ride

 

Got mine Setup on my persanal car.
I was at the Track in ROckingham this weekend with them.
Was pulling 1.65 60 fts all day w/ stock Diff and axles and completly trashed slicks

hrmm, i mounted mine a little differently, mounted the top on the front of the fender well instead of the inside portion.


I'll get some pics tomorrow.

 

they mount better if you mount to the front of the inner tower
seen4ever you are right they way you have them
mounting thme the way matt did is fine but you will loose a little of adjustment but it all works
