Default Launching problems

I have a D15b7 on 6 psi and all i seem to be getting out of it is 18 seconds. I'm launching really bad. I get it to around 4K and it bogs down when i launch. Probally my reaction time, any ideas for a better lauch and run?

launch higher. Spray it, boost it or swap it.
