Default Launch RPM and two-step ignition modules

How do you determine the best RPM for launching? Do most of you launch at full throttle or do you use an MSD two-step module selector? I thought maybe it would be a good idea to start right at the meat of the horsepower curve but I've never used a two-step before.

way too may variables, its all trial and error, start low and work your way up, you can adjust tire pressure, tire size, gearing, boost pressure, launch rpm.etc
