launch question
I've seen this guy is 4dr 97ish civic launch near 5k RPM and with minimum wheel spin. He had some donuts but couldn't tell wat kinda tires, he hit vtec right away and for sure it had to be a DOHC VTEC motor, B16/GSR/LSvtec i don't know. Any idea how you can launch so high near vtec and not light 'em up? Maybe this could help my boggin when launched at 3k w/ azenis 205's in a B16 CRX.
Well it could be a combination of several things...
1. suspension set-up
2. traction bars (jimfab/Z-10)
3. motor mount inserts
4. LSD
5. kind of tires and wheel size
6. tire pressure
5. good driver

i think hes got an LSD, ive seen a lotta people launch like that n all you hear is the engine screaming n them taking off, NO tire screeching whatsoever.
