Default just wanted an estimate

hey guys i know you probably get a lot of these in here but i was just wondering... i have a '91 std hatch with a d16z6, virgin p28, cable dx tranny, exedy stage 1 clutch, 11 lb. flywheel, CAI, short shifter, GC coilovers, vafc, and custom made 2 1/4" madrel bent exhaust... there are a few other things like advanced ignition timing, NGK iridium plugs, 9.3 mm wires, MSD blaster coil 3, and new cap and rotor but they shouldnt make too much of a difference... right now im rolling on 14" steelies with some 195/60/14 falken azenis sports... i was just wondering if anyone could give me an estimate on what time my car should run... this would be the first time ive taken her to the track and i dont know what to expect... im just looking for something to shoot for... i have some racing experience and i think im a pretty good driver although i probably do need some work... thanks again for all the help

also would it be better for me to use regular or premium gas... a guy i work with told me that you actually make the most power around 12.7:1 a/c ratio which is pretty lean and so im wondering if i should try to lean out the mixture a little bit... oh and one more... what temp should the car be at/around when i go to stage? thanks again for all the useful info guys
