here are some pictures of the new solid innovative mounts. enjoy!

they quality of the innovative line just gets better!

these solid mounts have a steel insert which is tapered for easy install and maintenance on and off the track, and the quality control of the finished product is really impressive.

the pictures speak for themselves.

thank you to innovative for another great product~!

That steel insert in there, is the outter diameter of the sleeve that shows the same all the way through?

Or is it shaped like a mushroom.

I think if its the same size all the way through there is going to slide back in forth in high hp cars.

They used the sleeve to make up the space between the actual mount and mount walls that are connected to the car. if you have a high tq car it will move that steel back and forth in the soft aluminum.

were you refering to having the steel pin moving inside the actual mount itself?

weekend warrior would be ok, i ran solid mounts homemade ones in my other car and drove it daily, just alot of vibrations.. didnt bother me.

I'm asking if the diameter of the sleeve is the same all the way through, or is it only bigger on the outside of the mount and the sleeve is two-pieces?

the actual steel pin is a 2 piece deal so there will be no sliding or any of that nature. they are press in and wont come out.

i just installed them yesterday with no problems with hand tools, it took about 20 minutes

I dont like how thin the back to mounting bosses are on the rear mount, the avids are about twice as thick in the mounting areas.

I dont think you have to worry about a Innovative Mount breaking. And plus they are backed by an unconditional life time warr.

you should keep them on the car, and also have them made solid if at all possible.
