Default Injector sizing?

Posted this in Forced induction forum but just wanted to see if i can get any response in here...

Opinions on what size injectors to be running on my set-up...

LS/Vtec
B18 bottom block
Eagle Rods
Weisco Pistons(11.5 comp./81.5 bore)

GSR Head
Skunk2 manifold
REV valve springs and retainers
Blox stage 2 cams

JDM 4-1 headers
Single fogger 80-90

I have a set of RC 550 brand new and just found out that it'll be to big. I don't have engine management to control the injectors except for just a VAFCII.

Suggestions are open...

Thanks, ahead of time.

The factory injectors are rated at about 240cc/min. Using the VAFC will allow you to run a 270, 310 or 370cc injector without compromising the idle or low RPM drivability. Highly recommend tuning the VAFC on the dyno. The 370cc injector should supply enough fuel to maintain a safe air/fuel ratio and at the same time you'll have a small reserve of fuel left over (just in case you switch to lager cams, etc..). If you're running a dry nitrous system, you might need a 440cc injector with better ECU control.
