we need some rules soon if you dont get them out soon to many people will not be able to adjust for the event on time! for turbo classes will fuel cells be allowed 5 gallons? what is the weight for street turbo?

The reason for "no antifreeze allowed" rule is incase if your motor blows on the track, antifreeze is very hard to clean up. Straight water is easy to clean up and dry up and it evaporates easy. Just straight water in your motor for the weekend will not harm your motor at all.

Anyone from IDRC have info on this or time that the event starts? Gotta make plans if Im gonna make the trip down south.

thats actually a track rule, even on the street legals they dont allow antifreeze/coolant

 

wow i never knew that.. damn i just flushed my cooling system with OEM honda blue ish

 

This is in 2 weeks and no firm rules yet..... I highly doubt its the same rules from 06

where is brian bridges and eric del? i have not seen them this year. you guys better make this race, its the last race of the year.

 

Eric delis gettting married on nov 22 so brian and many racers will not be making it to this event....

Last race of the year is bakersfield North vs South shoot out in dec 6th

 

Sorry I rather go to championship offroad race finals Dec 6 in chula vista.

i was at the psca race last weekend, and the track announcer said that the idrc race was a two-day event, the race was going to be held at the same time as the taping of a high school race car build-off tv show(?).

rim high school in lake arrowhead was running a blue camaro all weekend, i wonder if that was one of the cars in the contest.
