Default IB/Wiseco

my block needs to be machined because one of the cylinders is egg-shaped....so im interested in getting some wiseco pistons but
what does IB to differently to the wiseco pistons then if i just bought them directly from wiseco?

and are their pistons available in 82.5mm or 83mm??? im not sure which i will have to get due to the cylinders getting machined.

any help would be great. thanks
