Ok first off i would like to ask what yalls opinion is as far as what is the proper size wastegate for a precsion 6262 turbo .82 ar?
Once this is answered by a few people i will go on with my next question so please check back and keep responding

What manifold? T3 or T4 open or divided? I would say no less than a 44mm a 60mm better or 2 38mm should get rid of any creep/boost controll problems. What boost controller?
Dont know what to tell you. But a friend of mine has one and he has had a lot of boost problems. His had a 38 gate on it with a 6psi spring in it and it would go over 20. He put another 38 gate on it and it helped but it still went 18psi. But i dont the his man. was a very good one.

its a t3 and its open... wastegate placement is on collector let me see if i can find a pic

Would it help to cut off wastegate elbow at collector and cut it at a angle so the exhuast gas flows into it better? kinda like a slash cut?

i have a ramhorn, 6262 .82 on a b16 with a tial 38mm gate. it creeps from 17-20. wastegate placement on my manifold is not ideal but looks similar to what you have going on there. my plan is to put a 44 on there someday, but until then i know it will creep so i run less boost to account for it.

I have a 46mm gate on the dyno (dynojet) the car held boost fine 15.5 psi on pump and 24.5 on race gas... it keeps pegging 18 psi on the street ive tried smaller spring i had a 9 psi spring in it on tune... went to a 6 psi spring and same thing.. i havent tried a bigger spring yet 14lb but i figured i would just try it and see.... im tired of hitting boost cut at 7500 rpms.... it holds boost perfectly all the way to 7 then at 7200 - 7500 bam 18 psi

You could put a slash cut as you have already suggested and probably seen on other manifolds to get it more inline with the flow and as suggested, keep it as short as possible.
Not sure, but I thought 44mm came with Vband and 41mm/46mm WG's came with 4bolt square flange??? What about seriously attempting to borrow a 60mm and temporarily fabbing it up on the dyno to try. If it works, sell yours and buy one and be done. I know they are expensive, but so is your engine!
Not suggesting you do this, but it has been mentioned that you can advance the timing to bring the boost pressure down. Again, I wouldnt do it, but it has been mentioned that it is possible.

Well cutting the wastegate elbow off the collector, and tear dropping it as well would help the cause. Clean the area really well, or else its gonna crack and break off, also how does your dumptube look ?

dumptube is a straight piece then it curves i can take the curve out of it if need be so it would be less restrictive

*UPDATE*
I just took off the 90 degree bend out of the dumptube and the car held 9 pounds all the way to what the rev limit was set at b/c of overboosting... now all i need to do is make sure it is ok to raise the rev limit and go try it again

Well i raised the rev limit and it hits 16 psi now with a 6 psi spring in 3rd and bumps 18 psi(boost cut) at about 8780 so i put a 7.5 psi spring in to see what happens and of course i hit boost cut a lil sooner... im gonna leave the 7.5 psi spring in it for now and set rev limit to 8700 and call it good until i can change the way the wastegate elbow is welded to the manifold im gonna tear drop it
have you tried putting a manual boost controller or even running solely on the wastegate spring?
I'm thinking this test could be an easy way of letting you know if you are having problems with physical wastegate placement or with the hondata electronic boost control.

I have a precision T4 6265s, AFI gen 1 topmount manifold, and a tial vband 44mm wastegate. I have no problems at all with boostcreep. I can hold 10lbs on the dyno, street and track with no problems. I believe its a 7lb spring, I know its under 10.
check your line running to the wastegate, or where your getting your boost reference from. Wastegate seems more than enough. if your running boost solenoids remove them and run a manual. Do one by one, to figure it out...............BTW wastegate placement is fine.
i have a single tial 44 on mine and i have the same turbo, except my ar is a .63 and i have no problem holding 15lbs solid on a 9 lb spring. but it is on a different manifold. (topmount)

on these runs i have it soley hooked up to wastegate spring.... no controller i had the boost by gear hooked up at track and same issues.... after taking off the piece that extended the dumptube it helped a little bit... but still having creep
