Default HELP!!!!! CLUTCH ISSUE

Just installed new new act 6 puck clutch disc with my stage 4 competition clutch pressure plate. With car off it goes into every gear perfect but with the car running it wont go into any. The clutch is disengaging because we have put it in gear with the car off and the car will roll once the clutch is pressed. Car had brand new clutch slave and master and system is bled. The slave cylinder is pushing the clutch fork properly. We took everything apart and it all seems ok and cannot figure out what going on. The disk looks the same thickness as the previous competion one. ANY HELP is greatly apreciated. Thanks!

did yo install the disc the correct way? flywheel side to flywheel side? if its not going into gear while running, something is allowing the input shaft to keep spinning.

Could it be that with this disc and pressure plate combination when working properly will feel a bit odd and maybe grab at an odd spot on the pedal. I think my plan may be to put it back together and try some bleeding and adjustment. The car rolled with the clutch pushed in gear while not running. Is it possibgle that it still needs to release more?

i had this problem, but I had an h22 disc with my B16 pressure plate. The discs went on the shaft fine and everything looked fine, but the disc was not spinning properly and was binding up on the PP.

I replaced the master, bled the system, replaced the slave, etc...

I think you installed the spring side face towards the flywheel forcing it to rub against the flywheel bolts..

Put it back together. Obviously same issues. We realized wen pushing the clutch barely it wud shift perfect. We bled it and made some adjustments and it now grabs right at the bottom. just finding it really weird why im needing to adjust it because i shouldmt have too so worry something else may be wrong
