Haltech Question
yes the USA office closed, but Australia is still open.
There are still reps in the States, they just get the product from Australia.
But, if anyone is intrested let me now and make an offer.

lol....we used an E6K for 3 yrs....had nothing but problems....we should have switched it the first month we installed it...the box works great....its capabilities and triggering sucks for Hondas....Then if you use the S1/S2 sensor on the crank or cam it fails for no dam reason....Our car ran its best when we adapted a DSM cam sensor to it....after that, the Haltech just couldnt do any more for us....

Yes Haltech USA is gone, to be honist they really weren't much help when they
were here! All orders and calls go though the AU office, so be ready to spend
some money on phone bills.
I'm pretty anti Haltech at the moment, I just sent my new E-11 back for a
refund. From day one there were problems, when it died I had enough.

I looked at Speed Pro, but it dosn't seem to have ll the features I was
looking for. But hands down it seems to be the one most use at the track.
This time I went for Autronic SM2. Good track record and local support, heck
the tech even answers the phone every time you call!! Try that with Helltech.

on the good side of haltech, i use one in my GEO And it seems to run the engine and the GM sensors very well, it seemes to support only those types of sensors period.
It also works for DSMS, too.
Aem is definately better for hondas!

I used the E6GM for about 3 years, it always worked pretty well. But it is really
kinda limited as far as features go. But for under $600 it's a steal if you just
need something to handle fuel and timing.

I'm using an E6K with the stock Honda distributor, works great so far, easy to tune, just hard to get running if you've never done it before. pm me if you have any questions.
