Default Haltech E6K Flat Shift option???

I have a E6K on my 97 integra with a msd digital 6 plus ignition. I am running my 2 step off of the msd because of ease of changing.

My question is does the flat shift (no lift shift) only work when the car is moving? Because that would mess up my 2-step launch if it worked all the time. The Haltech doesnt set a rpm to go back to, it takes the timing to 15 degrees ATDC to not let the motor rev.

I cant exactly try it cuz the car is still in pieces from the new parts, paint and MAJOR diet it went on...

Also, i dont believe i wired my speed sensor into it. Has anyone wired one into a haltech? If so, which wire goes to what.

Thanks in Advance

Put your two step on a button and the flat shift on a clutch switch.

If shift at the same RPM all the time, you can use the aux rev limit on the haltech as a flat shift. If you shift at 8000, set the aux limit to 7700. But still, you will need to have the two step on button and the aux limit/flat shift on the clutch switch.

I have my 2-step wired into my e-brake switch.

I didnt even think about wiring it into my it as the aux rev limiter. Thank you fot the option.

Anyone else??? i already have it wired into the auxillary input and i would have to switch it to the spare a/d input. I just put my dash back in place after mounting the haltec up behind it, so it would be good if i could use it the way it is.

What do you guys think about it being controlled by the timing?

Biggest advantage will be flat shift at any RPM. I didn't even realize it was an actual option with the E6K, thanks for the heads up on that one
