Default good launch for my setup

I spin a lot, it sucks. I'm thinking its mostly me though. Okay presently I have a b18b, i/h/e, in a 5th gen civic hatch. It was lowered 2" when I got it with no camber correction kit. i have 195,45,15 kuhno ecesta supras on there right now. What is a good launch rpm, technique forthis setup? Also how much would it help to correct the camber? Its about 1.5deg off if I remember correctly, but I could be totally pulling that number out of my ***.
