I'm going to use a solid rear axle in the back of my CRX and I can fab any mount for the botttom and was wondering what strut I should choise? for a budget drag suspension like cheap as possible! someone recomended Koni Yellows but don't know how stiff they are? any other strut??? TIA Rob

 

straight axle rear suspension doesnt sound budget at all to me....koni yellows are nice....or if all your money is gone from the suspension tokiko illuminas, or kyb agx are all adjustable.

 

we are doing (KSR) is doing it so it's custom there for budget is cheap! Thanks though. Rob

 

Qa1 shocks are somewhat cheap. it would be good to use these becasue they come in differant "hights" and "travel" (compressed and fully extended hights) could find a properly sized shock for your app.

 

You can get a set of koni's pretty cheap from jegs. Not the ones made to fit the car but the drag race version.-pdang
