my car still had a functioning sun roof, complete interior.

hell the car still weighs 2600 and went 9.98

went 10.72 at that weight, with a b16 and a little over 500

so it depends on the total weight of the car, driver, and power output.

I did it in a 2800lb integra. 20lbs boost. pte6765. spinning all the way threw first and second. i think it was 10.9 @137. forgot to mention that i drove the car to the track and back both days (90 min drive). I even carried 2 slicks, jack, tools, portable grill, cooler and 2 chairs to the track hahaha.

My car is nothing special and barely in the 10s but you can see it in my video here.
It is the burnt orange Integra. http://www.streetfire.net/video/Impo...ery_199650.htm
It's a 400whp street car with a little turbo,full interior,and shitty suspension
*Just remembered this video was in my sig but yea.

Your probably going to need 500-550whp and some driving skills and your good to go. I went 11.01 spinning 1-3rd hard and it was 33degrees out on the first hit with around 500whp with a full tank of corn in a full Interior Teg minus the rear seats (which dont weight jack ish IMO).

I do have alot of stuff removed from my car but the interior was in it and it was functional.

to answer the question directed to me, it isnt a teg, but it is a heavy civic. i was more telling what power it took with the weight.
