First time out on the track..best 60ft was 1.9 but I have a bigger issue.. On the dyno I put out 350whp on the lower reading dynojet 424x..Best run of the night was 14.0 @89mph!! First and second gear everything was fine! Once i shift into third..It feels like Im spinning the slicks! You know when you first take off and the rpm is bouncing? Thats exactly What it is doing! What can it be? Slipping Clutch? I mean no way in hell can i be slipping the slicks (24.5/9.5/13) Help me out!

how old is the clutch? If its new did you guys bleed it right?

 

clutch was brand new.....no need to bleed..im using cable trans..Im not gonna sit here and lie..i installed this clutch the day before my dyno tune and had no time to "break it in" correctly. Perhaps this is my mistake..I just took off the clutch..stay tune for pics!

yep... that thing is trashed.

I'd recommend a Competition Clutch Stg. 4 for 350whp. Its a bit harsh for the first 500-1000 miles, but gets quite a bit smoother after that.
