first race

tonite is gonna be my first race with my new swap. its a stock gsr in a eg bubble.. any tips on engine managment fuel or anything at all?

i just pulled an old thread on how to check timing... the motor seemed tuned before i pulled it out bc the dist was marked.. my buddy is bringing his gun tonite so we can play with the dist

u dont need a t light just turn it to the firewall till it stops

turn it to the firewall till the motor cuts out or till its maxed out.... wont that completely retard it?

no, your motor turns counter clockwise. which means if your looking from the distro end, your cam is turning clockwise. So rotating the top of the distro to the firewall would advance the timing.
