This was my first time ever to go to the track...my car is a 1998 civic hatchback with a jdm b16a in it, intake, exhaust, VAFC - and some other free mods..here are the runs in order 1,2,3...BTW my car does not have a turbo on it...it will in 2 weeks..

1st run:

1/8 Mile: 13.565
1/4 Mile: 19.267
1/4 MPH: 80.51
Reason for the high trap speed is because when i first went my car wasnt in gear..so i felt like an ***..so i sat for 5 seconds then went!...first run i guess not so bad..

2nd run:

60ft: 2.351
1/8 Mile: 9.987
1/4 Mile: 15.398
1/4 MPH: 89.00
This was my best run of the night... it was against a supercharged camaro that ran
a 9.355 in the 1/8 mile and a 14.003 in the 1/4 mile with a trap speed of 105.26

3rd run:
Reaction: .896
60ft: 2.336
1/8 Mile: 9.983
1/4 Mile: 15.410
1/4 MPH: 87.95
This was against a CRX who ran a 17.558 so i was happy... my friends way i beat him by like 10plus car lengths!...

It's decent... with your mods I think there's room for improvement but overall not bad for a first-timer!

 

your 15.3 run was pretty good nice 60' 1st time out but it's true practice practice practice, i don't think that your car (w/ current mods) will go much faster maybe a couple tenths, but at least you'll be consistant.

 

yea the best i'm expecting is a 15.0 - thats what i wanted to hit b/fore i went turbo - but there is still some stuff i could do
launch better, low tire pressure - i had 30PSI in fronts..but i wanted to hit 15.0 - i know i will be mid to low 13's with i'm boosted..

I would try 25PSI.

yup - i know he spun to much at the launch that why he want very far ahead of my throught the 1/8mile! - i bet he was suprised!, but ne me and my friend think the car isnt tuned properly - but after 6psi it will be mids 13's here i come!!..
