Im sick and tired of everyone ragging on the red civic that lost. Some of the most reputable honda builders and tuners built a car and lost to a MUCH slower car than the trans-am. Why doent anyone say anything about how they represented the honda community??? If you think your honda can beat a 9 second domestic at the track then its okay to talk sh*t but if not, STFU!!!

Then you don't but on your slicks till the 3rd race? You use a VAFC as a management system on a "650 hp" Civic? Don't give me that **** about ragging on that red Civic, he could not drive. Yeah the car it self may have been good, but not the driver. As for the body kit, well I'll let that speak for it self.

its not about having the slower car, its that the whole import "team" sounded like they were still in high school.

The car was not on an AFC. That was an AVCR boost controller. The car was on crome pro. Every car listed that you own would need 20 car lenths from that red civic, and that pink hatch would have needed the same against that trans am. IT WAS A 9 SECOND CAR!

 

Im not trying to be difficult, its just when someone has the guts to put their car on the line agianst a faster and more consistent opponent, he should be respected for trying to compete in the first place. Yes his strategy could have been executed differently, (alot differently) but what happend happened. When they air the pink hatch vs the RX7, I will definitly give props to the honda camp for even attempting to be on the show AND NOT FLAME THEM FOR LOSING!!!

Sorry dude everyone and there mom knows that red car was a JOKE. Not to a dick but did the driver ever race before??? That kid was so underprepared it was not even right. Again maybe the car was built ok but my car would have crushed him PLUS IT HAD A 6 POINT, SOOOOO it wasnt ever over a 135+ trap speed. Not to be a dick but the kid got what he needed, learn to drive before you build a race car and talk ****.

RULE 1 = LEARN TO DRIVE
Doesnt matter if you have 1000whp if you cant drive it, its worthless.

He does get props for putting the car up though.

 

99 out of 100 domestic cars will beat the imports. Most domestic guys know exactly how their car will react and the domestic car will run consistently fo 20 passes in a row. Plus the domestic cars can always run a half a second quicker, if necessary, just by turning a **** or two.
FFGeoff understands this and is interested in the free publicity for his company and not whether he wins or looses a car. He wins either way.
I see Pinks in the same class as WWE wrestling.
